With two manufacturing facilities located in Jamaica, New York and Phoenix, Arizona, we are able to deliver fresh and frozen solutions nationwide to all 50 states as well as neighboring countries. Recipe Development

We are fully equipped with our own professional R&D lab, practicing proprietary recipe development. The Gourmet Boutique R&D Team all obtained degrees in culinary and food science.

Food Strategy

We use strong, classic culinary techniques providing artisan appearance. We practice hand made, small batch production, combined with large volume manufacturing capability.

Strategic Marketing

We provide category management and marketing support, plan-o-gram design and support, promotional sales tools and support, customized solutions, and consumer insights.

Packing & Shipment

We produce approximately 25,000,000 lbs. of product per year in both fresh and frozen formats. All foods are packed MAP or HPP processed fresh, with a 14-75 day shelf-life, and frozen with 6 months to 1 year shelf life.
